Find a photograph where the photographer has used a slow shutter speed and describe the subject matter including the background. Discuss any technical difficulties the photographer may have encountered and how these mat have been overcome.

The subject in this particular photo is most likely this flow of water. Due to the long exposure, the water movement is captured as flowing down the rocks. The background, given that it does not move, is in clear focus and detail.
The photographer may have encountered some difficulties such as getting the aperture to shutter speed ratio correct in order to get the image you see above. He might've also had trouble deciding the right time exposure to truly get the "frozen water" effect to it.
